The client wanted their new office to feel soothing, welcoming, and representative of the diverse families they serve. They needed an environment that eased the stress of medical visits—playful enough to spark curiosity, grounded enough to comfort anxious parents and children, and immersive enough to feel like a natural extension of their brand.


Medical spaces can feel sterile, overstimulating, or disconnected from the communities they support. The existing rooms, while functional, lacked warmth, cohesion, and a sense of child-friendly imagination. Key challenges included:
We built a custom mural system rooted in the client’s branding and expanded it into a full environmental storyworld. Three core brand colors were expressed in shifting hues to keep the palette calm, cohesive, and quietly dynamic.
Animals—elephants, monkeys, giraffes, butterflies, hippos—move through simple, atmospheric landscapes made of trees, rounded forms, circles, and soft stripes. Each piece was designed to align seamlessly with existing architecture and furniture, allowing the murals to feel integrated rather than applied. The result is an environment that feels like it was built this way from day one—playful, immersive, and thoughtfully representative of different families and communities.
