Brittney Sundquist is the founder and principal designer of FrozenFeathers, an Oakland-based art and design studio known for creating immersive, story-driven interiors and large-scale installations that blur the line between fine art and functional space.

With over a decade of experience spanning murals, fine art, custom fabrication, and interior environments, Brittney’s work is defined by a fearless use of color, texture, and narrative — transforming walls, rooms, and buildings into living expressions of culture and identity.

Rooted in the entertainment world, she has spent more than ten years collaborating with festivals, concert producers, and creatives across the nation — forging relationships with leading lighting designers, audio engineers, and contemporary artists. This cross-disciplinary network informs her holistic approach to design, where atmosphere, sound, and story work in harmony.

Her multidisciplinary background allows her to move fluidly between concept and construction, often partnering with architects, engineers, and artisans to bring bold ideas to life with precision and soul. Each project — from corporate campuses and creative studios to residential spaces and public art installations — reflects her belief that design should challenge the expected while remaining deeply personal and human.
